A split-base Daisy riff with green matcha and mezcal, as sharp and cold as a cyborg's temper and designed to collect all the flavors of the Outer Rim.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Matcha-Honey Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to ensure the matcha is fully integrated and the drink is properly chilled.
- Double-strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled coupe glass to remove any matcha clumps.
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: A single dried lime wheel clipped to the rim with a small clothespin
History
This riffs on the Margarita/Daisy family, using a split base for complexity and matcha to achieve the Kaleesh warrior's signature sickly green eye-glow. The mezcal provides the smoky atmosphere of a ship undergoing 'aggressive negotiations.'
