Inspired by our favorite xenonite-building alien, this is a bright, botanical sour with a subtle blue hue, just like the friendly face that appeared to Ryland Grace. It's a gin sour that's as resourceful and charming as Rocky himself.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Blue Curaçao
- 2 dashes Celery Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or a delicate edible flower, reminiscent of Eridian flora.
