All-In Electric Yuzu
A vibrant, neon-yellow citrus explosion featuring Japanese yuzu and premium tequila for a high-energy kick.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1.5 oz Yuzu Juice
- 0.75 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 drops Saline Solution
- 0.25 oz Blue Curacao (floated for a neon green effect)
- 6 oz Ice
Instructions
- Combine tequila, yuzu, agave, and saline in the Ninja Slushy machine
- Run the 'Frozen Drink' cycle until hyper-smooth
- Pour into a chilled glass
- Slowly drizzle Blue Curacao over the top for a neon color bleed

Garnish: Dehydrated lemon wheel and a pinch of sea salt
