Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Huckleberry Syrup
- 0.25 oz Rosemary Syrup
- 3-4 oz Soda Water (to top)
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, huckleberry syrup, and rosemary syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15 seconds).
- Strain into a highball glass or mason jar filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a fresh rosemary sprig.
