Amber Fossil Fizz
A vibrant and effervescent blanco tequila cocktail with bright citrus, tropical fruit, and a hint of warm, earthy spice, served over ice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Mango Syrup (homemade)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Top with Club Soda
Instructions
- Combine blanco tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, mango syrup, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.

Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme
