History
This sophisticated stirred drink, a riff on a Manhattan with a split base, is a bittersweet homage to the exodus from Anatevka. It blends the familiar warmth of aged rum with the smoky unknown of mezcal, softened by sweet vermouth and a touch of Cynar's herbal bitterness, symbolizing the poignant farewell.
