Artoo's Astro-Fizz
A crisp, electric-blue Collins that’s as reliable as a bypassed power coupling on a trash compactor.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Blue Curaçao
- 3 oz Club Soda
Instructions
- Combine gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and blue curaçao in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill—it doesn't need much, just like a quick scan.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Top with club soda and give a gentle 'beeping' stir to integrate.
- Place the cherry 'eye' right on top.
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: A single Maraschino cherry or a blue-tinted cocktail onion
