Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Celery juice
- 3 oz Soda water
Instructions
- Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and celery juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill and combine.
- Strain into a Japanese-style highball glass filled with fresh ice.
