Ingredients
- 2 oz Blended Scotch
- 0.25 oz Chipotle Chile Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Combine blended scotch, chipotle chile liqueur, demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass with a large ice cube.
- Stir for 30-45 seconds, until well-chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large, fresh ice cube.
- Express the oils from a flamed orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
