Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1 whole Egg
- 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Combine aged rum, demerara syrup, whole egg, coconut cream, and Angostura bitters in a shaker without ice (dry shake) for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice and shake vigorously again until well-chilled and frothy.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or small snifter.
