Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Lavender Syrup
- 1 Egg white (optional, for texture)
Instructions
- If using egg white, combine gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice
- Perform a 'dry shake' for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a delicate lemon twist and a fresh lavender sprig.
