Blue Hawaii Frostbite
A crisp Sauvignon Blanc base turned electric blue with coconut cream and tangy pineapple.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Sauvignon Blanc
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 0.25 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1.5 cups Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Combine wine, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and blue curaçao in a blender
- Flash blend with ice until thick and frosty
- Pour into the glass, ensuring the blue hue is uniform
