Blue Milk, Now Extra Blue
This isn't your average Bantha brew. It's the iconic Star Wars refreshment, dialed up with a stunning blue hue.
Ingredients
- 10 oz Unaged rum
- 10 oz Coconut cream
- 10 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 1.25 oz Blue curaçao
- 100 dashes Orange bitters
- 30 oz Soda water
Instructions
- Combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and orange bitters in a large pitcher or punch bowl.. Stir well to combine.. Add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher.. Pour 3 oz of the mixture into each individual Japanese-style highball glass.. Top each glass with 3 oz of soda water.. Briefly stir each drink to combine ingredients.. Garnish each with a pineapple frond and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
