History
The sour family of cocktails is one of the oldest and most fundamental. This Bourbon Sour, leaning into a drier profile with a touch less sweetener than some recipes, highlights the whiskey's character beautifully. The egg white, while optional, adds a luxurious texture and beautiful foamy head, a signature of the classic preparation.
