Cal’s Pineapple Volcano Pop
A fizzy, golden pineapple explosion that mimics a bubbling volcano with a hidden flavor 'lava' center.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Hawaiian Sun Pineapple Orange Nectar
- 2 oz Sparkling Apple Cider
- 1 tsp Strawberry puree (at the bottom)
- Squeeze of fresh orange
Instructions
- Place the strawberry puree at the bottom of the glass
- Carefully pour the pineapple orange nectar over a spoon to layer
- Top with sparkling cider to create 'volcano fizz'
Glassware: Wide-mouth Mason Jar
Garnish: A cocktail umbrella and a fresh pineapple wedge
