Camp Site 85 Smoked Maple Old Fashioned
A sophisticated twist on a timeless classic, this Old Fashioned features the robust character of bourbon, mellowed by pure maple syrup and a subtle wisp of smoke, creating a truly memorable and inviting sip.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Large Ice Cube (preferably smoked
- or glass rinsed with a smoky spirit)
Instructions
- Add maple syrup and Angostura bitters to an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add bourbon and stir briefly to combine.
- Add a large ice cube (or a few standard cubes).
- Stir for 30-60 seconds until properly diluted and chilled.
- Express oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
