Captain Jack’s Jar of Dirt
A creamy, spiced mudslide-inspired treat that mimics the gritty sands of Isla de Muerta with a seasonal pumpkin twist.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Creamer
- 0.5 oz Chocolate Syrup
- 2 tsp Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Instructions
- Rim a rocks glass with chocolate syrup and dip into crushed cookies
- Combine rum, coffee liqueur, and pumpkin creamer in a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled and strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice
- Top with a sprinkle of remaining cookie 'dirt'
