History
While Green Chartreuse has a long history, its emergence in the tiki canon is more recent, with the Chartreuse Swizzle gaining popularity thanks to bars like San Francisco's Smuggler's Cove. It brilliantly demonstrates how this potent herbal liqueur can be transformed into a bright, crushable tropical drink when paired with the right fruit and spice.
