This refreshing tropical swizzle, built like a vibrant Collins, takes the bold herbal notes of Green Chartreuse and marries them with the sunny flavors of pineapple and lime, all lengthened over crushed ice.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except bitters) to a highball or Collins glass.
  2. Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.
  3. Swizzle vigorously with a swizzle stick (or barspoon) until the glass is thoroughly frosted.
  4. Top with more crushed ice.
  5. Dash Angostura bitters over the top.
  6. Garnish with a generous mint sprig and a pineapple frond.
