  1. Combine the aged rum, Campari, fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup, and pineapple juice in a large pitcher or mixing bowl.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. For each serving, pour 4.75 oz of the mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously until well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  5. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
