Ingredients

- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Combine gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker (without ice).
- Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
