Ingredients
- 4-5 large fresh strawberries, hulled
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Rose Simple Syrup
- 0.25 tsp rose water (food grade)
- 4 oz filtered water
- Ice
Instructions
- Muddle the hulled strawberries in a shaker until thoroughly crushed.
- Add lime juice, Rose Simple Syrup, rose water, and filtered water to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled Highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and an edible rose petal.
