History
This Collins-style drink is a nod to the mythical Davy Jones' Locker, the ocean's graveyard. The London dry gin provides a crisp, botanical base, while the blue curaçao gives it an unmistakable aquatic color and a touch of orange sweetness. Muddled cucumber adds a refreshing, almost brine-like freshness, making it a perfect, albeit colorful, tribute to the deep.
