Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Aged Rum
- 0.5 oz Dark Rum
- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
- 3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Instructions
- Combine aged rum, dark rum, demerara syrup, and grapefruit bitters in a mixing glass.. Add a large chunk of ice and stir for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.. Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass over a large, clear ice cube.. Express the oils from a large orange peel over the drink, discard the peel, then garnish with a fresh orange peel and a brandied cherry.
