  1. Cold-brew Lapsang Souchong tea overnight for a gentle smoky flavor. Strain and chill.
  2. Combine cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong tea, tamarind syrup, fresh lime juice, and non-alcoholic aromatic bitters in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake briefly to combine and chill.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with a splash of sparkling water and stir gently.
