Ingredients
- 4 oz cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong tea
- 0.75 oz tamarind syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- Dash of non-alcoholic aromatic bitters (e.g., Aromatic Bitters from Fee Brothers)
- Splash of sparkling water
Instructions
- Cold-brew Lapsang Souchong tea overnight for a gentle smoky flavor. Strain and chill.
- Combine cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong tea, tamarind syrup, fresh lime juice, and non-alcoholic aromatic bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to combine and chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water and stir gently.
