Dewdrop Elixir
A sparkling and refreshing beverage that captures the essence of a spring morning. Delicate peach notes are balanced with bright lemon and a touch of sweetness, finished with effervescent soda.
Ingredients
- 2 oz non-alcoholic peach syrup or puree
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz soda water
Instructions
- Combine non-alcoholic peach syrup (or puree), fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a thin peach slice or a lemon wheel.
