Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Mezcal
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Orange Liqueur
- 2-3 thin slices fresh Jalapeño
Instructions
- In a shaker, gently muddle the jalapeño slices.
- Add mezcal, fresh lime juice, and orange liqueur to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Rim a chilled rocks glass with chili salt (optional, but highly recommended).
- Double strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
