Ingredients
- 1 oz Aged rum
- 1 oz Rhum agricole (unaged or lightly aged)

- 0.5 oz Demerara syrup
- 3 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 oz Dry brut cider
Instructions
- In a shaker, gently muddle the strawberries.
- Add aged rum, rhum agricole, fresh lime juice, and demerara syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
