Eye of the Dark Lord
A fiery, frozen blend of tart cherry and spicy ginger that burns with the intensity of Mount Doom.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Spiced Rum
- 3 oz Tart Cherry Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 drop Red Food Coloring
- 1.5 cups Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Combine rum, cherry juice, lime, ginger syrup, and ice in a high-speed blender
- Blend until a smooth slushy consistency is achieved
- Pour into the glass
- Place a single blueberry inside a hollowed-out lychee and float on top to create the pupil
Glassware: Hurricane Glass
Garnish: Lychee and blueberry 'eyeball' and a sprinkle of chili powder
