General Kenobi!
A bold, four-ingredient Sour that packs a punch with its gin base and herbal bitterness, perfect for when you've surprisingly found yourself in a state of 'Hello there!'
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup (1:1)
- 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
Instructions
- Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Green Chartreuse to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Glassware: Nick & Nora
Garnish: An expressed lemon twist, discarded

Based on Dale DeGroff's classic Sour specs but with a 'bold' twist—a float of Green Chartreuse to represent the General's lightsaber and his persistent tactical advantage.
