Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 0.25 oz Earl Grey Demerara Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Combine aged rum, Earl Grey Demerara Syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with a large ice cube.
- Stir well for about 30 seconds, until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
