Gimli’s Salted Caramel Stout-Tail
A rugged, creamy, and frozen treat that tastes like a victory feast at Helms Deep.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Stout Beer (reduced to a syrup)
- 1 oz Salted Caramel Sauce
- 2 oz Whole Milk or Cream
- 1.5 cups Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Ensure all liquid ingredients are well-chilled before starting
- Blend bourbon, stout reduction, caramel, milk, and ice until thick and creamy
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce around the inside of the glass before pouring
- Top with a pinch of smoked sea salt
Glassware: Pint Glass or Mug
Garnish: A pretzel rod 'axe' and a dusting of cocoa powder
