Gimli’s Salted Caramel Stout-Tail

A rugged, creamy, and frozen treat that tastes like a victory feast at Helms Deep.

Instructions

  1. Ensure all liquid ingredients are well-chilled before starting
  2. Blend bourbon, stout reduction, caramel, milk, and ice until thick and creamy
  3. Drizzle extra caramel sauce around the inside of the glass before pouring
  4. Top with a pinch of smoked sea salt

Glassware: Pint Glass or Mug

Garnish: A pretzel rod 'axe' and a dusting of cocoa powder
