- 0.75 oz Yuzu juice
- 0.75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz Sparkling water
Instructions
- Gently muddle mint leaves in a shaker.
- Add Seedlip Garden 108, yuzu juice, and hibiscus syrup to the shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.
