Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Aged Rum
- 0.5 oz Mezcal
- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 1 dash Chili Bitters
Instructions
- Combine aged rum, mezcal, demerara syrup, chocolate bitters, and chili bitters in a mixing glass.
- Add a large ice cube and stir well until thoroughly chilled and diluted, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large, fresh ice cube.
- Garnish with a charred orange peel.
