Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila Blanco
- 0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao
- 0.25 oz Agave Nectar
- Club Soda
Instructions
- If desired, moisten the rim of a chilled Collins glass and gently roll it in salt.
- Combine tequila blanco, fresh grapefruit juice, blue curaçao, and agave nectar in a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled (about 15 seconds).
- Strain the mixture into the prepared Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top generously with club soda.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wheel, resembling Squirtle's shell or a splash.
