Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously (dry shake) to aerate the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Express an orange peel over the surface and discard.
