Jolteon's Zest Highball
Quick, refreshing, and utterly electrifying – a high-speed bolt of flavor!
Ingredients
- 20 oz London Dry Gin
- 10 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 7.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
- 40-50 oz Tonic Water
Instructions
- Dice the yellow bell pepper and muddle thoroughly in a large mixing vessel.. Add gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine the muddled pepper flavor.. For serving, shake 4 oz of the batch with ice in a cocktail shaker until well-chilled.. Strain into a Japanese-style highball glass filled with fresh ice.. Top with 4-5 oz of tonic water. Gently stir to combine.
