Kill-Devil Punch
A tropical Daisy-style punch from the Smuggler's Cove library that brings deep pineapple and lime notes to a sophisticated rum base.
Ingredients
- 9 oz Gold Virgin Islands Rum
- 9 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
- 6 oz Pineapple juice
- 6 oz Lime juice
- 6 oz Demerara syrup
- 9 oz Sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine both rums, pineapple juice, lime juice, and demerara syrup in a punch bowl.
- Fill with a large block of ice or plenty of large cubes.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Ladle into small glasses filled with fresh ice.
Glassware: Punch Cup or Rocks Glass
Garnish: Pineapple fronds and lime wheels
