Kill-Devil Punch

A tropical Daisy-style punch from the Smuggler's Cove library that brings deep pineapple and lime notes to a sophisticated rum base.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine both rums, pineapple juice, lime juice, and demerara syrup in a punch bowl.
  2. Fill with a large block of ice or plenty of large cubes.
  3. Stir until well-chilled.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Ladle into small glasses filled with fresh ice.
