  1. Place the lime coin at the bottom of a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Demerara Syrup and gently press the lime coin with a muddler to express its oils and a touch of juice.
  3. Add the rhum blanc agricole.
  4. Add 2-3 large ice cubes and stir briefly to chill and combine. The beauty is in the minimal dilution and letting the spirit lead.

History

The Ti' Punch, or 'Petit Punch,' is the unofficial drink of the French Caribbean islands like Martinique and Guadeloupe.
