Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- For 'Slushie Mode': Combine all ingredients with 1.5 cups of ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty.
