Mango-Lilikoi Sunbeam
A bright and zesty Pinot Grigio slushie featuring golden mango purée and exotic passion fruit.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Pinot Grigio
- 1.5 oz Mango Purée
- 1 oz Passion Fruit (Lilikoi) Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1.5 cups Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Pour Pinot Grigio and mango purée into the blender
- Add lilikoi syrup and lemon juice to balance the sweetness
- Blend with ice until velvety smooth and pour
