Midnight Ante
A dark and brooding Manhattan variation using cold brew concentrate and cacao-infused vermouth for a rich, caffeinated kick.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.5 oz Premium Cold Brew Concentrate
- 0.25 oz Crème de Cacao
- 2 dashes Mole Bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe
- Let the liquid settle to reveal its deep mahogany color

Garnish: Three espresso beans arranged in a triangle
