Midnight in Tulum
A sophisticated, moody highball featuring crisp tequila, deep blackberry, and a sharp ginger bite.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Blackberry Liqueur
- 3 oz Premium Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Add tequila, lime juice, and blackberry liqueur to a shaker with ice
- Shake until cold and strain into a tall glass over crushed ice
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine
- Watch the purple liqueur marble through the ice
