Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Lavender Syrup
- 0.5 oz pasteurized egg white (optional, for froth)
Instructions
- Combine gin, lemon juice, Lavender Syrup, and egg white (if using) in a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
