Mother’s Ruin Punch
A sophisticated Collins-style punch from the Death & Co archives that swaps the usual heavy juices for a bright, botanical gin and grapefruit profile topped with bubbles.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Gin
- 4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 8 oz Lemon juice
- 8 oz Grapefruit juice
- 8 oz Honey syrup
- 1 bottle (750ml) Dry Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- Combine the gin, vermouth, fruit juices, and honey syrup in a large punch bowl or pitcher.
- Stir with plenty of ice to chill.
- Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled sparkling wine.
- Stir once or twice to integrate without losing the carbonation.

Garnish: Grapefruit crescents and sage leaves
