Neon Melon Mist
A striking monochromatic lime-green slushy that is ultra-refreshing and crisp with cucumber and melon notes.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 slices Fresh Cucumber
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 1.5 cups Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber and mint at the bottom of the blender canister first
- Add rum, Midori, lime juice, and ice
- Blend until the liquid turns a uniform neon green and no ice chunks remain
- Double strain through a mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired, or pour as is for more texture
