History
Rooted in the classic Old Fashioned, this variation swaps the traditional whiskey for añejo tequila, bringing a richer, more nuanced agave profile. The addition of mole bitters and a mezcal rinse elevates it to a truly 'novel' experience, adding layers of earthy spice and smoke.
