Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Gently muddle the basil leaves with lime juice and Passion Fruit Syrup in a shaker.
- Add aged rum and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain (using a fine-mesh strainer) into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and a lime wheel.
