Pineapple Under the Sea Spritz

A bright and effervescent spritz that marries the tropical sweetness of pineapple with a zesty lime kick and a hint of botanical gin.

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, and pineapple-jalapeño syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball or goblet.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish and serve.

Glassware: Highball or Goblet

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and a thin slice of jalapeño (optional, for a little kick!)
