Pineapple Under the Sea Spritz
A bright and effervescent spritz that marries the tropical sweetness of pineapple with a zesty lime kick and a hint of botanical gin.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz homemade pineapple-jalapeño syrup
- Top with soda water (approx. 2-3 oz)
Instructions
- Combine gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, and pineapple-jalapeño syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain into an ice-filled highball or goblet.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish and serve.
Glassware: Highball or Goblet
Garnish: Pineapple wedge and a thin slice of jalapeño (optional, for a little kick!)
