Prickly Pear & Hibiscus Highball
A vibrant, magenta-hued refresher that balances earthy cactus fruit with the floral tartness of steeped jamaica.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Prickly Pear Puree
- 0.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Top with Grapefruit Soda
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Combine tequila, puree, syrup, and lime in a shaker with ice
- Shake briefly and strain into the glass
- Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently
