Raichu's Radiant Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- 20 oz Bourbon
- 2.5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 30 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1.25 oz Aperol
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, demerara syrup, orange bitters, and Aperol in a large mixing vessel. Stir well to combine.. For serving, stir 3 oz of the batch with a large ice cube in a mixing glass for 30 seconds until well-chilled and diluted.. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
